2012 Mother Love Fitness Challenge 

 

Baby Boot Camp and Karna Fitness are challenging women to get in the best shape of their lives with the three-month Mother Love Fitness Challenge. The Challenge focuses on improving women’s health, fitness and nutrition in a supportive environment as part of a nationwide competition.

In pursuit of a healthy lifestyle for ourselves and our families, we not only need to have strong cardiovascular and muscular systems to perform well in athletic events, but we need to be ready for the sport of EVERYDAY LIFE!  

We need flexibility to grab that sippy cup behind a seat, balance and coordination to help our body adjust to a new center of gravity during pregnancy, and good nutrition to ensure that we have the energy to get through the day while taking care of everyone one else.  

Throughout the next three months, Baby Boot Camp and Karna Fitness will help you improve your physical fitness, motor fitness and eating habits to be the best woman you can be. To help motivate you along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to win fantastic prizes, including Mountain Buggy strollers and Mama Mio prize packages!

A portion of all registration fees will be donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

I’ve never participated in a fitness / boot camp, but I see the “drill sergeants” leading their platoon on the 4th Street Stairs all the time.You might want to just go down there one afternoon around 5 and sort of observe. I’ve noticed a few wearing a tee shirt for Palisades / Santa Monica Boot Camp. They also work out at Temescal Beach. The 4th Street stairs are off Adelaide Drive in between San Vincente & West Channel. : )

But you don& #039; t wants really somebody that shouts in you. Of a way, you& #039; re already griteredo in, and who needs more that?My suggestion is to find an activity physical that you have taste and really gives return him of in its routine of the loss of weight. For example, if you have taste to watch the dance with stars and haven& #039; t all the seen we lose the weight to them and we fit ourselves it takes the dance through & amp of the parks; Department of the reconstruction or studies of the dance of Arthur Murray. You can also obtain a DWTS DVD for the loss of weight. To choose an activity which you enjoy you put the motivation inside you because you& #039; re loving it and loving themselves.
