Christy grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and relocated to California over ten years ago. She soon became hooked on the beautiful weather, wonderful people, and the abundance of outdoor activities!
Christy grew up playing competitive softball, basketball, and then went on to run cross country at university. She coached girls' softball and track while teaching high school in Atlanta. Being active has been a way of life. After having her daughter in March 2008, she found Baby Boot Camp to be the perfect way to get fit, make friends, and boost energy levels. From the first push up, she was hooked! Since then, she has gone on to earn her national fitness certifications, work as an instructor, and is now proud to be a franchise owner!
