Jody is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor who has always had a passion for sports and fitness, and in March 2011 became a mom with the birth of her daughter, Violet. She strives to help clients reach their health and fitness goals by combining her knowledge of group fitness and exercise science, a pre and post natal concentration, and the joys of being a mom. She understands the struggle moms have with trying to get and stay fit while being able to spend quality bonding time with their new baby. Through individually tailored boot camp classes, Jody's goal is to help moms become stronger and healthier in order to meet the physical demands of motherhood, to feel good about themselves, and to have fun doing it!
Mike is an ACE certified fitness instructor who started training people long before making fitness a career. A high school state champion and All-American wrestler, he was a member of the Mass. Jr. Olympic team and went on to compete at the NCAA Div. 1 level at Boston College. Mike trained at Trinity Boxing Club in NYC for over 10 years. As a fitness enthusiast he has always kept up with current fitness trends and developed programs for friends, co workers, and even complete strangers at the gym. Just as every body is different, Mike believes that not every training session should be the same. Each person has different goals, skills, and limitations. Mike can help you get the most out of your time in the gym.
