Returns Policy
If you want to return an item you purchased from us, you can ship the item back to Baby Boot Camp for a full refund. You have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. If you purchased an item from a franchise owner they will honor this same 14 day return policy.
How to Return
Items purchased from the online store
To return an item to us you must first contact Customer Service by phone or email to request an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. Once you have obtained your RMA number you will need to ship the item back to us. if you have multiple items we recommend you pack them in a single box with a copy of the invoice.
Items purchased from a franchise owner
To return an item purchased from a franchise owner you must return that item to the franchise owner or to one of their instructors within 14 days of the date you receive the item.
Refunds
Items purchased from the online store
Once we receive your item(s) we will initiate a refund within two business days. If the item was faulty or defective we will credit you the full cost of shipping the item back to us as well as the charges to ship the item to you. If you request a refund due to changing your mind we will refund the cost of the item and any taxes charged, but will not refund shipping and handling charges.
Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Cash or check payments for local orders from our store will be refunded in the form of a check from Baby Boot Camp LLC which will be mailed to your billing address within five business days of our receipt of the returned item.
Items purchased from a franchise owner
Once the franchise owner receives the returned item they will initiate a refund within two business days. Refunds will be returned in the form of a check from the local franchise owner which will be mailed to your billing address within five business days of the franchise owner's receipt of the returned item.
