Shipping & Pickup

Shipping Policy

The Baby Boot Camp Online Store ships items only within the 50 United States.  No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States.  To ship an order internationally please call or email Customer Service and we will research international shipping options for you and provide a shipping quote prior to you proceeding with the order.

The Baby Boot Camp Online Store U.S. does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses.  To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order at the Baby Boot Camp Online Store.

Shipping Methods

Once the item leaves our warehouse, the Shipping Method you chose during store checkout determines how quickly your shipped item is delivered to your doorstep.

• UPS Ground (Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery)
• UPS Second Day Air (Late delivery on second business day)
• UPS Next Day Air Saver (Delivery on next business day, typically by 3 p.m.)

In addition to these guaranteed shipping options from UPS we also ship items via United States Postal Service (USPS) if this option is selected by you during checkout.  Items shipped via USPS generally are delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

Personal Pickup

 Baby Boot Camp offers in-person pickup for all items purchased on the Baby Boot Camp Online Store with the exception of Mountain Buggy products which will be separately shipped to you.

To pickup an order please indicate the order is for pickup in the order notes and/or use our corporate address as the shipping address.  We will refund all shipping charges within two business days of you placing the order.
