At Baby Boot Camp Katy, we love to help women achieve their fitness and wellness goals in a supportive environment, pre and post baby. Come join us for a challenging, fun and interactive workout! All fitness levels are welcome! You will need to bring a mat or towel for core work and plenty water. You will also want to bring any snacks or toys you think your baby might want during the one hour workout. Along with a fantastic workout, Baby Boot Camp Katy is made up of an incredible group of supportive moms that help us create a unique community of fit and healthy families!
Maria is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor as well as Adult and Child CPR Certified. She has completed the Houston Half and Full Marathons along with several 5k and 10ks. 3 very active little boys call her mom and keep her very busy!
Baby Boot Camp Katy was awarded the Franchise of the Month in March 2012 and recently, Maria was awarded the prestigious 2013 Franchise Owner of the Year Award.
