National fitness program recognizes owner for promoting mom-and-baby fitness
Sarasota, Florida, Sept. 9, 2011—Baby Boot Camp, a national pre- and post-natal fitness program, awarded its prestigious 2011 Franchise Owner of the Year to Cassidy Carow, of Baby Boot Camp in Panama City, Fla., at its annual conference in Sarasota, Fla., on Sept. 9.
“I am privileged to have been chosen as the recipient of this national award,” says Carow, who began operating her franchise in October of 2005. “I am so happy to have a vocation that gives me joy daily and one in which I can positively impact mothers and families. Being recognized as the 2011 Franchise Owner of the Year is a real honor.”
Among the criteria for the Franchise Owner of the Year are client nominations, one of which was contributed by Ann Williamson of Panama City, Fla.
“This has been a wonderful class for me and my daughter. Cassidy has helped push me to do what I have been unwilling to do on my own,” Williamson wrote. “She works us hard to make us reach our goals for ourselves. Cassidy deserves recognition for all her hard work here in Panama City.”
More than 70 owners from across the country attended business-building classes and exercise demonstrations as part of a four-day conference sponsored by C9 by Champion, Earth’s Best, Mountain Buggy strollers and Mama Mio skincare, among others.
Available in over 500 locations across the United States, Baby Boot Camp offers fitness and nutrition programs designed specifically to help moms get fit in the years following childbirth. Parents incorporate their children and stroller as an integral part of the small group training classes. Weekly play dates and monthly moms’ night out events provide additional social support for new moms.
