Lillian has been a dedicated Baby Boot Camp mom since starting her first class with Brandon when he was three months old. She loves what Boot Camp has to offer: exercising while being with her son, meeting new moms in a supportive environment and developing lifelong friendships. Exercise, eating right, and staying healthy has always been important to her so Boot Camp was just the perfect balance of everything.
She has been an instructor for over four years and joined the Baby Boot Camp family as a franchise owner in 2010. She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor who has completed 5Ks, 10Ks and Half Marathons.
She is excited to meet new moms and help them incorporate exercise into their daily routine so they can lead a happier, healthier lifestyle.
