Dawna is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor. Physical fitness, with emphasis on weight training, has been a personal passion and way of life for her for many years, believing that devoting time to exercise creates an overall balance between physical body and over all mental wellbeing. This can be a whole new challenge after having a baby, whether you’re a new mom, experienced, or like Dawna, starting all over again.
Dawna holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and ran a successful daycare when her now, 15 and 12 year old sons, were babies. Recently leaving a sales career to have her third baby, Kailee, Dawna found Baby Boot Camp to be an exciting franchise and a great way to work with moms and babies. Baby Boot Camp is a fun way to bring moms an opportunity to achieve their personal fitness and health goals, create a healthy way of life for their children, and meet other moms.
