Fitness has always an important part of Krissy's life and she strongly believes in all of the benefits of staying active. She started with Baby Boot Camp as a student and has continued on to become certified through NASM as a Personal Trainer and through Baby Boot Camp in pre-natal and postpartum fitness. She has completed multiple races (5K, 10K, Bay To Breakers) and has studied both Shotokan Karate and Jiu-Jitsu for many years. One of her upcoming goals is to complete a marathon and a triathalon.
Not being native to the Bay Area, it was important for her to make new friends with a common interest in general fitness and well-being. She quickly found this in Baby Boot Camp and hopes to meet more moms!
