I have always been an active individual and had found a love of running a few years prior to my daughter’s birth. As soon as I was able I immediately got back into running and managed my first 5k by Mother’s Day 2012. But I was still having trouble managing the baby weight which is when I found stroller fitness with Baby Boot Camp. I loved the connection with other moms, and the accountability of being in class (and my daughter loves being around the other kids!). This prompted me to become a certified Personal Trainer with ACE, and an owner and instructor with Baby Boot Camp.
I have a B.A. in Theatre Arts from SCU and am an active performer in the Bay Area. Growing up I attended jazz, tap and ballet classes. I am an avid horse-back-rider. Previously, I participated in other exercise programs like Yoga and Combat Fit. I feel these varied forms of exercise help me understand the need for teamwork, dedication and fun in achieving fitness goals. I've run many 10ks and 3 half-marathons. Last year my fitness goal was to run 12 races in 12 months, this year I want to help you achieve YOUR fitness goals! Hope you can join me!
