Instead of throwing in the towel on fitness, focus on small goals each day," suggests Kristen Horler, author of Baby Boot Camp: The New Mom's 9-Minute Fitness Solution and CEO of Baby Boot Camp LLC. "Brush your teeth, then do 12 pushups on the bathroom counter followed by 12 tricep dips off the side of the bathtub. Put your baby in her swing and complete 12 squats.
