Aloha! There are many things that make me beam with joy - 1st is my family, another is exercising! So, I consider Baby Boot Camp an absolute blessing. I began as a Baby Boot Camp mama - attending workouts with my daughter whenever I could, then I started substitute teaching. My background is in personal training and group exercise, and since becoming a Mommy, I was missing that interaction. So, after having my son, taking on my own classes to teach was naturally the next step :) Transitioning from a life of "freedom" (before kids) to having a baby (or 2 or 3...) makes working out a challenge. Baby Boot Camp has given me the opportunity to exercise multiple days a week without the drama of babysitters/gym kids club/asking hubby ;) Plus, it's a great excuse to hang out with other mama friends while the kiddos get to play! I hope I can share my passion for these great workouts with you!
