Meghan is an ACE certified group fitness instructor who remained active in track, cross country, yoga, dance & weight training. She enjoys hiking, camping, swimming & fishing. She runs half marathons & 5K races. Health & nutrition are important to Meghan. Sharing natural recipes for healthy eating & body care. Fruits & vegetables are another way she stays healthy. After Meghan had her son she wanted to continue to workout, but struggled with the idea of leaving her son to go to the gym. Meghan purchased her own Baby Boot Camp & Karna Fitness franchises to bring these great workout to the Albuquerque area.
