Location Directions:
From South 580 or 80: Take Interstate 80
to Powell St. Take a left under the freeway
and right onto Frontage Rd. Follow Frontage
Rd. to University Ave. Seabreeze Market is
on the corner. Take a left onto University,
a right on Marina Blvd. and a left on
Spinnaker Way. Meet in the parking lot
at the end of Spinnaker Way.
From North: Take Interstate 80 and get off
at the University Avenue exit in Berkeley.
Take a left onto University toward the Bay.
When you come to an intersection come
to the stop and veer to the left. Continue
on University, make a right on Marina Blvd.
and a left on Spinnaker Way. Meet in the
parking lot at the end of Spinnaker Way.
From South 880: Take the University Ave.
exit and the lower ramp that goes under
the freeway. Take a right at the first
intersection (Hearst) go up Hearst to
6th St. (light) take a right onto 6th and
the next right on to University.
Continue on University, make a right

Bio:
Sara Rahimian first discovered Baby Boot Camp in Spring of 2006 when her daughter was almost 8 months old. She became a regular participant at the Oakland and Berkeley locations until she became an instructor in Berkeley in the Fall of 2007. Megan Venturella first heard about Baby Boot Camp when her son, Kenzo, was 6 months old. Convinced she was still in great shape, she attended one of Sara's classes and learned that, to the contrary, she really had her work cut out for her! In July 2008, Sara and Megan purchased the franchise in Berkeley as a way to stay actively involved in a program that has been a wonderfully healthy and social way to get back into shape and meet like-minded new moms. They are both certified group exercise instructors and look forward to meeting you and your baby soon!
