Bio:

Sissel is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Fit to Deliver Pre & Postnatal Certified Trainer. She lives with her son, Brandon (6/03), and husband, Bob, in Edmonds. An avid recreational athlete for 20 years, Sissel has competed in volleyball, ski racing, Danskin Triathalon, Seattle 1/2 marathon and many local fun runs. Her focus with Baby Boot Camp is to help and motivate moms to reach their personal health and fitness goals, create a supportive environment and network for moms, and help provide kids with healthy role models.
