From 395 N: Exit onto Boundary Channel Dr. Keep right. You will pass a marina on your right. The first parking area on your right is the parking for the footbridge and park. From 395 S: Exit onto Boundary Channel Drive. Veer left at fork. At stop sign, turn left onto Boundary Channel Dr. The parking area for the footbridge and park will be on your left. The park can also be accessed via the GW Parkway. Bio:

Nicole is an AFAA certified personal trainer. She also holds certifications in adult, child and infant CPR and first aid for adults and children. Prior becoming a certified personal trainer and member of the Baby Boot Camp team, Nicole was a practicing attorney in a Virginia law firm. Seeking a new challenge with a strong focus on health, fitness, and family, Nicole made the switch from legal practitioner to fitness entrepreneur and instructor. Nicole lives in Burke, Virginia with her husband, Brian, and new baby boy, Grayson, born in July 2010. Nicole enjoys helping new and expecting moms get fit and build friendships along with healthy lifestyles.
