New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota,
Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin), known as the "Registration
States" that require a franchisor to submit all disclosure
documents to an agency within that state that reviews franchisor
disclosure paperwork to ensure that it is in compliance with
that state's guidelines.
The remaining states, known as "FTC
States," do not require franchisors to submit paperwork
prior to being able to sell franchises in that state, but instead
require compliance with FTC guidelines and notification after
the fact.
What this means to you
If you live in a Registration
State, Baby Boot Camp LLC may
not currently be able to offer a franchise in your particular state,
either because we have not applied in your state, or because our
application is currently under review.
If Baby Boot Camp is unable to offer franchises in your state,
but we feel that Baby Boot Camp is the right fit for you,
we encourage you to complete the application process. This enables
us to offer you a franchise as soon as Baby Boot Camp is eligible
in your state. In addition, in some jurisdictions, Baby Boot Camp may
offer an interim licensing program so you can lock in your territory
immediately.
