We deliver on all fronts
Baby Boot Camp’s prenatal fitness classes and postpartum
stroller fitness classes provide a comprehensive range of fitness
programming to meet your individual fitness needs.
Our prenatal
class formats help you better prepare for delivery and the demands
of motherhood. Numerous studies have shown the benefits of exercise
during pregnancy, and our programming is fully compliant with
the latest American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology guidelines.
Our Level 1 classes are also suitable for pregnant women (with
a physician's note and the absence of contraindications) and
all of our instructors are trained to modify Level 1 classes
for pregnant clients.
For postpartum clients we offer Level 1
and Level 2 programming, designed to enable newly postpartum
moms and conditioned or athletic moms to exercise with their
baby. Our classes are 55 or 75 minutes to suit your schedule. Your
first class is FREE at most locations - register now!
We are the only national stroller fitness
program that requires all instructors to be nationally certified
fitness professionals. Our clients, busy moms like you, tell us that our more qualified
instructors coupled with our comprehensive American Council on
Exercise approved Instructor Training Program means that we deliver
a more effective, safer workout with personalized attention than
other available programs. We are not just a “stroll” in
the park – moms get fit at Baby Boot Camp.
You can begin
Baby Boot Camp when your newborn is 6 weeks and up. Please bring
additional head support for infants under 6 months. Most jogging
strollers are rated from 6 weeks to 80 lbs. Learn more about

Intro to Baby Boot Camp®
(55 minutes) |
This class is
a great introduction to exercising with your child and can
often be found in conjunction with your local mall. Intro
to Baby Boot Camp incorporates many of the same strength
training exercises as Baby Boot Camp Level 1, but without
resistance tubing or extended abdominal mat work. When offered
at a shopping center or mall, classes typically begin before
stores open.
An all-purpose or jogging stroller may be used
(depending on the class location an all-purpose stroller
may be preferred).
Moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum
to participate.

Baby Boot Camp® Level
2
(55 or 75 minutes) |
Baby Boot Camp Level 2 builds on the format of Level 1 by
incorporating jogging intervals, drills and sprints with
more challenging strength-training exercises.
The emphasis
is on increasing cardiovascular endurance with core strength
training. We include more challenging abdominal exercises
and incorporate additional elements of mat Pilates, yoga
and stretching.
Moms must be at
least 12 weeks postpartum and have completed at least 6 weeks
of Baby Boot Camp Level 1 classes, or an equivalent exercise
program, prior to taking this class.
Baby Boot Camp Level
2 is not eligible for first class free. When you feel you
are ready for Level 2, speak to your instructor to receive
a fitness evaluation.
Due to the increased intensity of this
class and safety concerns, a true
jogging-style stroller is highly recommended.
