1. No Purchase Necessary: To be eligible to win simply sign up as a Baby Boot Camp member. Membership is FREE. You must complete your membership profile to be eligible to win, including optional membership data. If you are already a member, sign in and update your membership profile to include optional membership data. You will be notified within MyBabyBootCamp when you are eligible to win.

Entries for each drawing must be received no later than 11:59 AM central time (USA) on the applicable date listed in Rule #2 to be eligible for that quarter's drawing. Limit one (1) entry/membership per person, per household throughout the life of the giveaway. Giveaway ends December 31, 2008.

2. Selection of Winner/Validations: One (1) winner for each drawing will be selected at random from all valid entries on May 31, 2008; July 31, 2008; September 30, 2008; and December 31, 2008. A total of four (4) drawings will occur in 2008. The winners will be notified by email and may be required to sign, notarize and return within 10 days of delivery to his/her address an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Prize and Publicity Release. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. If integrity of Giveaway is compromised in any manner, Baby Boot Camp, LLC. reserves the right to modify Giveaway and randomly select winner from valid membership accounts not affected by the problem. Membership must be complete to be eligible.

3. Participation:Giveaway ends 11:59 p.m. CT December 31, 2008 and is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, plus D.C. and Canada, except the Province of Quebec. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and the parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of 10 or is expecting a child. Employees, and members of their immediate families and households of Baby Boot Camp, LLC., including Baby Boot Camp franchise owners and license owners, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone else involved in the production, development or handling of this Giveaway are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec and where prohibited. Subject to all applicable laws.

Prizes: One (1) 16" Kelty Speedster Deluxe jogging stroller with a Baby Boot Camp fitness pack (approximate retail value $400) will be awarded to winner each quarter, approximately 4 weeks after the drawing occurs. Any prizes that remain unclaimed within 20 days from the date of notification will be awarded in a subsequent drawing. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any online entrant, entrant will be deemed the individual named on the online Baby Boot Camp Membership Form. Odds depend upon number of entries received. Sweepstakes is open to over 70 million Internet users in U.S. Prizes may not be transferred. If prize becomes unavailable, Baby Boot Camp, LLC. reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per household. Taxes and any expenses not listed above are responsibility of winner. Allow 4-6 weeks after validation for receipt or arrangement of receipt of prize.
