Core9 Birth Recovery supports a new mom during the first 9 weeks of motherhood, through fitness, nutrition, and community support.
Supporting a new mom in what is often referred to as the 4th trimester, our Core9 Birth Recovery program initially beginning at home with support from our licensed & certified Core9 Birth Recovery Instructors, and transitions to also include social support and diastasis recti checks at our Baby Boot Camp classes.
Core9 Diastasis Repair Program
4-week intensive workshop to repair diastasis recti.
Core9 Diastasis Repair is a 4-week in-person intensive workshop that helps you to alleviate back pain, strengthen your core muscles, and repair diastasis recti. Diastasis recti develops when the connective tissue (linea alba) between the right and left rectus abdominis separates during late pregnancy. Our Core9 Diastasis Repair Workshops are taught by our licensed & certified Core9 Diastasis Repair Instructors.

Baby Boot Camp’s most popular stroller fitness class is a 60-minute class format for mom and baby. Our stroller fitness classes cater to all fitness levels: pregnant moms, new moms recovering from pregnancy and conditioned moms with one or two stroller-aged children. Cardio drills, strength training exercises and stretching increases overall fitness, and the ab assault at the end of class means you get a total body workout!
Exercise modifications can be made for prenatal clients, particularly after the first trimester, new moms who are six to 16 weeks postpartum and active moms who are ready for an additional challenge.
To participate in our stroller fitness classes, moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for a cesarean section) and have received verbal clearance from their physician to resume physical exercise.
Pregnant moms must receive written clearance from their physician twice during their pregnancy, depending on when they begin attending Baby Boot Camp classes.
Yoga-inspired stroller fitness
STROLLGA is our yoga-inspired stroller fitness class, incorporating your child in the stroller as a prop for improved posture, strength and balance.
This class format is designed for prenatal and postpartum moms of any fitness level. It is offered in a 45 minute class format.
5K Training Program
Whether you are new to running or have completed several 5Ks, our 8-week 5K Training Program will give you the tools you need to safely complete a 5K with our jog:walk interval training program, a method that is proven to prevent injury.
Improve your run time with a faster pace on both walking and jogging intervals. We think you will be pleasantly surprised at the results.
Our 4-week program will teach you how to make small changes in your eating and activity behaviors in order to maintain a healthy weight.

Mother Love Wellness Challenge
The Mother Love Wellness Challenge (MOLO), held each year from February-April, is our 12-week wellness challenge that focuses on helping moms across America to achieve their health and wellness goals safely and effectively, and make them a priority. In addition to fitness and nutrition, we also focus on communication, relationships, self-esteem, and emotional support.
