Usernames
Usernames are not case sensitive.

Members: Your email address (e.g. ssmith@myisp.com).
Franchise Applicants: Typically your first initial and last name (e.g. ssmith).
Franchisees: Typically your first and last name (e.g. Sally.Smith).

Passwords
Passwords are case sensitive (meaning that "PASSWORD," "PaSsWoRd," and "password" are not equivalent), so be sure to keep this in mind when entering your password. If the "Caps Lock" or "A" light on your keyboard is on, hit the "Caps Lock" key before trying again.
