Kira Sullivan is a personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and mother to two boys: Nate (7) and Luke (2). Kira is passionate about helping women achieve fitness and wellness throughout motherhood. She has worked as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for seven years, focusing on pre and post-natal fitness for the last five. She is an avid runner and has participated in races including 5k's, half-marathons, and a full marathon. She enjoys helping clients train for local races and has organized teams to participate together in many local races, including area 5k's, the Charlottesville Women's 4 miler, the Charlottesville 10 miler, and multiple half-marathons.
