The Type Of Support You Can Expect From Our Corporate Team
Our initial and ongoing business support enables you to focus on your clients and your family. Our goal is to help you work smarter, not harder, as you work towards your short, medium, and long term goals.
We provide business support and coaching from day one. Our 12-week timetable for start-up includes weekly coaching calls with our franchise support and marketing teams as you prepare for your Grand Opening.
Month One: Your first four weeks will be focused on business basics, which includes your Operations Manual, training webinars, and online support from your very own business success coach. You will learn how to use our online systems, including our business development center, marketing & print center, client management software, and your own merchant processing platform. You will also start the process of obtaining your national fitness certification.
Month Two: Your second month will focus on working with our franchise support team to secure your initial location, determining your schedule, and finalizing your pricing. Additional training will continue as you begin to market your business in your community and work through your start-up timetable and checklist during your weekly coaching calls.
Month Three: You will focus entirely on preparing for your Grand Opening during month three, and building the foundation for a successful business.
Our owners are our number one focus and we know that communication is key to your success! Our franchise support team provides ongoing coaching and support for our owners through weekly, monthly, and quarterly calls, individualized to your specific business goals.
We provide an email communication update for our owners every two weeks, as well as training webinars each month on business building and fitness education, to help our owners stay current with best practices and focused a growth mindset. Timely responses from our corporate team members are the norm and we thrive on feedback from our owners through on-going email communications, phone calls, and regular feedback surveys.
We are always seeking ways to improve our systems & support, working to not only stay ahead of the trends, but to define them.
Each year, we host our annual conference in beautiful Sarasota, Florida. This is an opportunity for our owners and instructors to gain in-person continuing education and inspiration to bring back to their community of strong moms.
Our 2018 conference is September 21 & 22 at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota.
