Our 60-minute stroller fitness classes cater to moms of all fitness levels: pregnant moms, new moms, and moms with one or more stroller-aged children. Our interval-based classes incorporate cardio, strength, and core for a total body workout.
Moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for a c-section) with clearance from their physician to resume physical exercise. Pregnant moms must receive written clearance from their physician twice during their pregnancy for exercising while pregnant.
New Client Enrollment Fee: $59 provides you with the basic equipment required for our mom and baby classes.

Our Birth Recovery program is essential for new moms during the first nine weeks of motherhood through movement, nutrition guidance, and emotional support.
Our program initially begins at home with support from our licensed and certified Birth Recovery instructors. Over the course of our nine week program, you will be guided through over 30 essential movements, which facilitate recovery and prepare you to return to exercise slowly and safely. We provide diastasis recti assessments, and focus on a complete recovery for mom and baby after pregnancy, including awareness and support for postpartum depression.
4-week intensive workshop to repair diastasis recti.
Our Diastasis Repair program is a 4-week in-person intensive workshop that helps you to alleviate back pain, strengthen your core muscles, and repair diastasis recti after pregnancy. Diastasis recti develops when the connective tissue (linea alba) between the right and left rectus abdominis separates during late pregnancy. Our Diastasis Repair Workshops are taught by our licensed & certified Diastasis Repair Instructors.

Whether you are new to running or have completed several races, our training programs will provide you with the tips to start running and complete a 5K or half marathon with our jog/walk interval training program, a method that is proven to prevent injury.
Our 4-week Nutrition Solutions program helps moms implement small changes to improve their health and wellness. Our sessions include nutrition tracking and weekly goal setting, navigating nutrition labels, and setting personal and attainable wellness goals.
Our MomStrong Tribe is our FREE moms' club to support healthy families. Meet other local moms that are passionate about nutrition, fitness, and healthy lifestyle habits for their family. Monthly play dates allow moms to connect, while allowing their children to get in some fun playtime.
Our annual Mother Love Wellness Challenge (MOLO) focuses on helping moms across America to achieve their health and wellness with a focus on fitness and nutrition.
