Seventy five Baby Boot Camp and Karna Fitness Franchise Owners & Instructors complete new product and program training to support women nationwide September 17-19, 2015 in Sarasota, Florida.
SARASOTA, FL September 23, 2015 – Conference attendees received a full-day training on the Karna Ball, a new Karna Fitness-exclusive product developed by Physical Therapist Christina Christie. The Karna Ball is a functional exercise product designed to support the pelvic core neuromuscular system.
