July 2, 2019 - Adding to the Baby Boot Camp Executive Leadership Team; Liberty Bernal - Chief Operating Officer, and Ryan Bernal - Chief Strategy Officer and Entrepreneur in Residence, join Kristen Horler - Chief Executive Officer and Founder, and Mark Horler - Chief Financial Officer.
The Horlers, based in Sarasota, Florida, and The Bernals, based in San Diego, California, together, create the perfect platform and opportunity to enhance support and further expand the franchise nationwide. The addition of Liberty and Ryan to the executive team identifies the major focus on growth for the future of the franchise.
Liberty Bernal will oversee the operations and franchise development for the company, while focusing on brand expansion, aggressive growth, and a rebrand that will take Baby Boot Camp to the next level. Ryan Bernal will focus on revenue restructuring, increasing valuation, streamlining operations, updating technology, and franchise compliance.
Ryan will position the system for overall success at both the franchisee and franchisor levels through financial operational management and implementing short-term transitional and long-term success strategies.

Liberty and Ryan join Baby Boot Camp with decades of combined experience in franchising, marketing, entrepreneurship, management, and women’s fitness. Liberty and Ryan founded LAR Enterprise, a boutique advising and executive team placement company. They specialize in franchising, business strategy, and advising and coaching. Their experience spans four continents and numerous brands, including EnVie Fitness, Total Woman Gym + Spa, Blink Lash Boutique, Studio Barre, iTAN, KidzArt, among others.
