Our Karna Ball supports your pelvic core neuromuscular system during pregnancy and is also great for exercises after pregnancy. Restore the core is great for getting fit while pregnant, too. Our mommy fitness classes focus on exercise after pregnancy at our mommy workouts.
Wondering how many weeks after pregnancy can you exercise? New moms must be at least 6 wks postpartum with clearance from a physician to begin exercising after pregnancy, and 8 wks after a C-section.
