MOMLETA® Restore the Core

Our mat-based mom fitness class includes exercises to strengthen your core. Our Karna Ball is an integral part of this class format, supporting your pelvic core neuromuscular system during pregnancy and after pregnancy. 

New moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum with clearance from a physician to begin exercising after pregnancy, and 8 weeks after a C-section.

No impact. No cardio. All core.
